These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Voicebox.ai, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Voicebox Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally eligible to form a binding contract; and

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
    If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.


2. Services Overview

Voicebox.ai provides AI-powered voice automation tools, including but not limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound AI voice agents,

  • Call analytics and reporting dashboards,

  • CRM and third-party integrations, and

  • Subscription-based usage (plans and per-minute billing).

We may update or enhance features periodically, and such changes will be governed by these Terms.


3. Accounts and Access

  • You must create an account to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.

  • Voicebox is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.


4. Subscription and Billing

  • Services are offered under monthly or annual subscription plans, as listed on our pricing page.

  • Each plan includes a base usage quota and may incur additional per-minute charges beyond that quota.

  • Payment is due in advance and may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Voicebox reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice (typically 30 days).


5. Fair Usage Policy

  • Excessive or abusive system use (e.g., automated testing, spam calls, or unlawful use) may result in throttling or account suspension.

  • Each plan’s usage limits are designed for reasonable business purposes.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voicebox to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Harass, defraud, or deceive any person;

  • Collect or process personal data without consent;

  • Transmit offensive, illegal, or harmful content;

  • Interfere with our servers, APIs, or network security.

Voicebox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.


7. Data Privacy & Security

  • Voicebox processes data according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We implement security measures to protect call data, transcripts, and user information.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to data storage and processing in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR and PDPA (where applicable).


8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, designs, branding, and content on Voicebox.ai are owned by Voicebox or its licensors.

  • Users retain ownership of their scripts, audio data, and business information uploaded to the platform.

  • You grant Voicebox a limited license to process and analyze data solely for providing and improving our services.


9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets).

  • Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms.

  • Voicebox is not responsible for outages, issues, or liabilities arising from third-party platforms.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Voicebox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past three (3) months preceding the event.


11. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or third-party disruptions.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.


12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Voicebox may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Payment fails repeatedly; or

  • Your use poses a risk to our systems or other users.

Upon termination, you lose access to all services, but certain obligations (e.g., payments due, confidentiality) survive.


13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically.
The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of Voicebox after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
